Please read the terms and conditions before booking Rental Terms and Conditions 1. To make a reservation the client should check the booking details and pay the initial security non-refundable deposit of £100 per rental week; additional details are provided on the full booking form when availability is confirmed. 2. Clients will be charged for any damages breakages etc – to be paid for before departure. 3. The balance of the rental together with the security deposit of £100 is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. The accommodators can sometimes accept late bookings in which case the full amount should be paid a.s.a.p. 4. Whilst the accommodators make every effort to be flexible with flight times, as a general rule (in the case of short term stays: i.e. weekly) the rental period shall commence at 4pm on the day of arrival and finish at 10am on the day of departure. This day for the majority of our rental option is a Monday. 5. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and to leave it in a reasonable condition at the end of the rental period. 6. The accommodators reserve the right to request any additional payment to cover any additional cleaning costs/breakages etc if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition. 7. The accommodators shall not be liable to the client for any claim exceeding that which has been paid to the owner for the rental period. We recommend that the the client insures themselves with adequate travel insurance. We recommend that the the accomodator insures themselves with adequate house/house content insurance. 8. Any dispute arising out of this contract to be settled in the Court of Funchal. |
