If you are relocating to Madeira or wish to come for a long term stay, please contact us as, given your specified criteria,  we can source the accommodation for you.

Your criteria should include:  Duration Required - Approximate Tenancy Commencement Date - Accommodation Type; i.e. Apartment, House etc. - Number of Bedrooms  Required - Area / Location - Accessibility to Amenities & Transport (do you plan to drive) - etc and of course your approximate Budget per Month.

Note that most long term accommodation is rented furnished, usually with crockery & kitchen utensils, bedlined and towels etc included.  Utility bills are payable in addition to the monthly rental charge.  Gas and phone and cable charges are similiar to that in the U.K.  Water is very reasonable here on the island however electricity can be a little more expensive than it is in the U.K.
